Adrian King Adrian King was born in 1974. He is a member of the Lockhart River Art Gang and his brightly coloured paintings depict life on Wenlock Outstation. He was featured in the 2001 Brisbane exhibition "Gatherings, Contemporary Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art from Queensland, Australia" and has work in the permanent collection of Cairns Regional Art Gallery. He has had numerous successful solo and group exhibitions and was listed in Art Collector 2009 as “...an artist to watch out for.” For sale is Going Fishing at the Wentlock, signed, numbered 6/9, dated 2000, and measures 29 x 20 cms. It is very well-priced at $250.
