Gloria Petyarre Born: c1945 Gloria Petyarre is one of the leading Aboriginal artists. Her work features extensively in major collections around the world. Gloria is a younger sister of Kathleen Petyarre. Gloria Petyarre was awarded the Wynne Prize from the Art Gallery of NSW in 1999, and was included as one of Australia’s 50 most collectable artists by the prestigious Australian Art Collector magazine in 1999 and 2000.
