Constance Stokes A founding member of the Melbourne Contemporary Artists group in 1951, Constance Stokes' (1906-91) work has featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Australia and abroad. A major retrospective of her work was held at the National Gallery of Victoria in 1993. Represented in National Gallery of Australia and most Australian state and regional galleries.
