Siv Grava Siv Grava was born in Melbourne in 1954. After commencing and then discontinuing her medicine studies, she went on to study painting at the Victorian College of the Arts. Siv has exhibited widely in Australia and is a past winner of the Doug Moran Portrait Prize. She now lives and works in South Australia, dividing her time between Elliston and Andamooka. Her recent paintings explore the immensity and aura of the Flinders Ranges and northern desert region. For sale is a series of nine paintings in oil on canvas, each measuring 31.5 x 44 cms. Entitled Andamooka Tryptich Series 1999, one painting is signed and all are signed and titled verso. |
